A soft ganache made from a blend of 57% dark chocolate and 33% milk chocolate flavoured with Jenever De Vijf from Wynand Fockink, which has matured for 5 years in French and American oak. The ganache has powerful Jenever notes with delicate hints of Juniper, vanilla and raisins.
